Lorraine Dunphy was Frank Dunphy's second wife. She used to babysit Phil when he was young and was the subject of his first wet dream. ("Ringmaster Keifth") She was married three times and has one son, Ray.
Frank and Lorraine met again when they were on jury duty and Lorraine told Frank she'd go out to lunch with him if he voted guilty instead of innocent. They get engaged in "Ringmaster Keifth" and married in "Frank's Wedding".
