Plot Summary[]
Gloria, Claire, Haley, Alex, Lily, Luke and Manny are equally committed to showing their support for gender equality and the women's movement in very different ways. Meanwhile, Jay and Phil are at odds on how their parking lot attendant, Joan (guest-star Niecy Nash), should be running their lot, and jealousy ensues when Pam prefers Mitchell's help over Cam's with her baby.[1]
Episode Description[]
The women and Lilly go to a demonstration about gender's equity. While on the way road, their car has a problem. A tire has punctured. Fortunately, a female driver named Joey offers them some help but they realize that they have been manipulated when Joey goes off with the car once she fixed the problem.
Meanwhile, Luke and Manny are already here. Luke flirts with Danielle, a girl who Manny is in love with. Danielle finally decides to make wow of chastity.
Phil and Jay disagree over their new parking attendant. Phil likes Joanne, an afro american jovial woman while Jay prefers Tibor a stranger quiet man. Joanne is finally hired, but Jay fires her and tries vainly to takes over her role. Joanne comes back and forces both men to compliment one another.
And Pam is exhausted and want nothing but Mitch's help for Calhoun. Feeling rejected, Cam sees the situation worsens when she accidentally kisses him.
