Andrew was a Christmas caroler who Cameron Tucker said ousted him from an A Capella caroling group in 2008.
In "Undeck the Halls", when Mitchell and Cameron took Lily to her first Christmas photo at the Mall, Cameron had to deal with the caroling group that he used to be part of before they kicked him out. After Scott, the ex-mall Santa that got fired because of Cam and Mitchell (mainly the latter), convinced Cameron to be the better man, Cameron tried to be nice to Andrew. However, even his apology was "off-key", according to Andrew. Scott realized that Andrew was "being naughty" and punched him out.
He reappeared in "Regrets Only". Cameron was in a tailspin readying his home for an event to defeat Andrew. In the car with Lily and Mitch, Cam heard from Andrew that not one person had called in their invitations for his benefit. Mitchell noticed that Lily was playing with something, an invitation. He realized with horror that he put all the invitations in his car six weeks ago and completely forgot to mail them out. Cam got furious about this, but later Mitchell fixed it, some people went to the event and Cam finally defeated Andrew.

In Season 1 Andrew appears in the episode "Undeck the Halls". He is first seen at the mall, whilst Mitchell and Cameron are waiting to see Santa with Lilly. He took over Cameron's acapella carolling group "The Greensleevers". This leads to Cameron resenting him. At the end of the episode, he is punched in the face by the mall santa Mitchell and Cameron have staying at their house.
