Andrew Borba is an actor who played the Xindi-Reptilian lieutenant in the last three episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise third season. He is also known for his work on Dischord, Nine Lives and Live from Baghdad.
He played Mr. Balaban, the principal of Luke Dunphy and Manny Delgado's school, who was seen in the episodes "Coal Digger" and "My Funky Valentine".
