Beth is the girlfriend of Andy Bailey. She works in the US Coast Guard. She was first seen in "Closet? You'll Love It!" She reappeared in "Summer Lovin" and "The More You Ignore Me" where she and Andy meet Haley and Dylan at the movies.
Personality
We view her as a nice person, although Haley doesn't, when Haley first met Beth, she was convinced that she was trying to hurt or kill Haley, as there may have been a flirtatious vibe between Haley and Andy. We see that Beth makes Haley sit next to candle, however Haley is unaware it's there. Beth makes the conscious decision to pet Haley's hair and put it nearer to the candle. Haley hair starts to burn but Gloria puts it out when she sees it, which makes Haley become more suspcious of her.
