Cameron Tucker's Grandmother, called Grams by her family, is the deceased mother of Barb Tucker and the maternal grandmother of Cameron Tucker and Pam Tucker. Her real name is never mentioned.
Grams is both a racist and a homophobe. She was unaware that her grandson was gay and no one would tell her because they feared that the news would trigger a stroke. She hates Asian people saying that she was raised to hate "her kind" in reference to asians, and assumes that Lily is from China, instead of Vietnam. but does comes to love Lily in the end, after seeing how happy she makes her grandson. However, she never stops hating Mitchell.
Mitchell ends up being sort of blamed for her death, having told her to "let go" when she pulled his hair while on her deathbed.
