Donald is an old man that Mitchell Pritchett and Cameron Tucker find at a mall when they are looking for a present for Manny's birthday in "Manny Get Your Gun".
While Mitch and Cam are searching for the gift, Cam helps Donald to communicate with his possible ex-wife, despite Mitch's protests that they are running out of time. After Donald and his wife finally get reconciled, Mitch and Cam soon continue their fight about Mitch not being spontaneous but in the middle of the discussion, Mitch takes part in a flash mob with a bunch of people to "Free Your Mind".
