Edward LeGrand

Edward LeGrand was a professional magician whom Phil and Claire met on their flight in "Fight or Flight".

Overview[]

Edward was introduced when Phil sat next to him on the flight. He appeared to be known in the magic community since Phil instantly recognized him.

Edward performed various tricks for Phil during the flight. First, Phil lost his phone and then Edward found it in his ear, which made Phil's watch appear at Seat 14C of the plane, and magically ended up at the seat himself. Later, Claire came by and finds out that Phil lied to her and blew her off, so he could keep having his fun while she suffered in first class from her neighbor's obnoxiousness. Edward made one of his cards end up in Claire's pocket and she tore it up furiously. Edward said that his heart went out to her to which Claire responded by telling him to stick it, and called him Kreskin and angrily stated that she had sat next to a cheese-eating racist. She threw the pieces down and left. Phil was sorry about the card, but Edward told him not to be because the card magically repaired itself.

Later, Phil accepted to switch seats with Claire, so she could have some peace and quiet.
