Elizabeth Irene Mitchell, better known by Elizabeth Banks, is an American actress, producer and director. Banks made her film debut in the low-budget independent film Surrender Dorothy (1998). Banks coproduced and starred in the college musical comedy hit "Pitch Perfect" 2012 with fellow recurring actor Adam DeVine. She is also noted for playing Effie Trinket in "The Hunger Games" franchise and Rita Repulsa in Power Rangers.

She plays the recurring character of Sal, Mitch and Cam's friend.
