Gloria described him as very sensitive.

Biography[]
Season 2[]
Guillermo was only seen in one episode, Good Cop Bad Dog, where he pitched his idea of the Good Doggie Bad Doggie treats to Jay, looking for advice. Jay met Guillermo at his kitchen table, which he didn't question because Gloria brought people in once a month or so to help them out. Jay thought that Guillermo was the kooky man who lived near the dry cleaner's. He brought his pet dog, Stella, to use as an example. However, Stella preferred the bland dog treats (the "bad" ones) to the bacon ones (the good ones), and the sales pitch that wouldn't even get an infomercial. It was a multibillion dollar industry...according to Guillermo. Stella was chewing up a pillow, so Guillermo used the treats on her. Jay openly showed his disapproval of Guillermo's idea, while Gloria pretended to like it. Gloria was ticked at Jay, even though she agreed the system was a bad idea. Guillermo was grateful that Jay told him the truth but teared up a little.
Gloria talked to Guillermo, who decided to go back to school and get his business degree. However, he had to get rid of the dog, so Gloria offered to keep it. Jay refused, but Manny got home and wanted to say goodbye to the dog, whom he just met. Jay took her to the pound, but the pup worked its magic on him and Stella became the new Pritchett family pet. Guillermo was not seen after this episode, or in any other seasons.
