Hank was the family's tour guide when they went to Wyoming in "Dude Ranch".
He gave them all nicknames and showed them how to ride horses, shoot guns, etc. He openly hit on Gloria or whom he calls Cactus Flower. This obviously put him in a hole with Jay. When he finally got Gloria alone, he grabbed her butt and then she quickly objected. He said that she looked like the type of woman who would cheat on her husband, which appalled Gloria. Jay then rode up with Phil and they put an end to all of it. Phil then threatened Hank by saying that he would only check 'somewhat satisfied' on their comment card (he was great with the kids).
