Summary[]
Claire's request to build a "She Shed" in their backyard is denied by the homeowners association and only Luke and Phil know the real reason why. Meanwhile Pameron lets Cam in on a family secret that forces him to visit Mitch's therapist to work through this new information.
Plot[]
Phil and Luke learn that the homeowners association refuses to let Claire build a shed in the garden. But little does she knows is that they actually are the true responsible of that as the association no longers send letters but rather mails them regarding their decisions. The reason is that Phil and Luke wanted a battling cage in the garden.
Joe practices golf for the first time but both Jay and Gloria pressure him and Manny is on the other side benched as well for his childish antics.
And, Mitchell learns from Pam a familiar secret that forces Cam to see his therapist. Mitchell is very shocked when he sees that his therapist treats Cam better than him.

Reviews[]
- The A.V. Club gave it a "B", noting that "As Modern Family ages and relies more and more on comedic situations where, quite frankly, the characters aren’t particularly good to each other, or are sometimes outright irritating, patience with the show and one’s enjoyment of it will vary from person to person."
