Jason Mantzoukas is an American actor, comedian, and writer. He is best known for his recurring role as Rafi in the FOX comedy series The League and co-starring alongside Sacha Baron Cohen on the 2012 film The Dictator.
Jason played the character of Kenny, Haley's much older boyfriend, in "Party Crasher".
