Javier Hectoro Delgado is Manny's biological father and Gloria's ex-husband. Javier and Gloria were divorced; in the "Pilot", Gloria said all they did was "fight and make love" and at one point led them to fall out of a window. He is looked up to by Manny but is always letting him down, due to his wild, oft-parting nature and his inability to stay on the right side of the law.
