Lucy is Lily's dance teacher who appears in "Baby on Board". She informed Jay that Lily didn't want to perform. So Jay went to check on Lily, and it appeared that Lily was upset because her fathers Mitch and Cam weren't there to see her because they had gone down to Mexico with Gloria (as a translator) to adopt a baby boy. It seems that the only way for Lily to perform is if Jay danced onstage with her, to which he did, although reluctantly.
