Philip Baker Hall is an American actor who usually gets cast for supporting background roles. Although he also has gotten the lead roles of President Richard Nixon in Secret Honor (1984), Sydney in Hard Eight (1996), etc.
He played the role of Walt Kleezak, the Dunphys family old neighbor who befriends Luke, in the episodes "Boys' Night", "Lifetime Supply" and "Election Day"; this was his last appearance because of his death in the episode "The Last Walt".
