Rachel is one of Claire's old friends from High School who is seen in "The Wow Factor".
She recognized Jay, who is supposed to be taking Joe to a baby class. She was taking her 2 sons to see a James Bond movie called 'Skyfall'. Rachel tells him about her life about how she's been married for 15 years and has kids, commenting on the fact that she misses babies because her kids doesn't want her to sit with them. Instead of going to the baby class, Jay ends up going to the movie and runs into Rachel again, who offers to take him out for a little while. Gloria and Manny, who also happens to be at the mall, sees Rachel holding Joe which causes Gloria to get angry at Jay.
