Ronnie LaFontaine, Jr. is the son of Ronnie LaFontaine, Sr. and Amber LaFontaine and the brother of Tammy LaFontaine.

When his parents introduce him to the Dunphy family he calls Alex "hot stuff" which makes her a bit flustered and Phil tries to hide her behind Claire, implying that he didn't like that.

In "Knock 'Em Down", it is mentioned that he is moving to New York to pursue a career in composing.
