Sal is one of Mitchell and Cameron's old friends. She is flamboyant, wild, loves to drink and frequently comments about sex, as well as being jealous of Lily due the attention she gets from Mitch and Cam. It is also implied that she may have had surgery on her breasts. While Sal was quite the party girl in her earlier episodes, she is shown in Season 6 to be a single mother who is genuinely trying to clean up her act.
