Steven Levitan: I look forward to seeing #ModernFamily through to the end and then, sale or no sale, setting up shop elsewhere |
Trivia[]
- Alex Dunphy wears contacts occasionally for the first time on the series.
Notes[]
- In 2016 Steven Levitan, co-creator of the show, stated "I think my personal goal at this point would be 10 seasons. I don't know if it's attainable or not. I think we'll have to look at it every year, and if we feel like we're just running out of things to say then it will be time to make that tough call." In January 2018 Season 10 was officially announced to be the last season of Modern Family. [1]
- In late 2018 Christopher Lloyd said that he was hoping to do one more season of Modern Family. In January 2019 it was revealed that the main cast seems to be on board and are in negotiation to sign on for a shorter final 11th season.[2]
