Todd was a guy who Claire dated just to get a rise out of her father, although it didn't bother him. Mitchell also happened to consider him nasty. After a few weeks, Claire got bored with him and dumped him (real nice).
In "Party Crasher", Haley had started going out with a much older guy from work named Kenny. Claire realized that she was only doing this to get back at her and Phil for being harsh on her about being kicked out of college.
